TeKnowledge has unveiled its AI-First Expert Technology Services in Nigeria alongside a new brand identity, marking a major milestone in its mission to drive digital transformation across Africa. The announcement was made during the 2025 CxO Summit in Lagos, celebrating seven years of operations in the country.
As TeKnowledge’s largest hub, Nigeria supports service delivery to over 90 countries and employs 2,000+ local experts.
The company collaborates with both public and private sectors to build sustainable digital ecosystems.
In partnership with Microsoft, it has trained thousands in AI, including over 7,000 Nigerians and 1,000 women.
TeKnowledge supports more than 40 Nigerian organizations in areas like digital transformation, managed services, and cybersecurity. Its Nigeria-based Security Operations Center provides AI-driven defense solutions that help organizations detect threats and respond in real time.
Leaders at the event highlighted Nigeria’s ongoing digital evolution and its role in Africa’s AI advancement. While challenges remain, such as fragmented systems and limited AI talent, TeKnowledge aims to address these through ethical, scalable, and locally relevant solutions.
With over 6,000 experts across 19 hubs, TeKnowledge leverages global partnerships and deep technical expertise to support enterprise innovation and customer experience, particularly through Microsoft and Genesys technologies.
